Prayer Ministry

Divine Mercy Chaplet, Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary, Novena to the Blessed Virgin Mary

Purpose: This chaplet, given to St. Faustina, is meant to immerse souls in God’s unending mercy. It is prayed on ordinary rosary beads.

When and Where: The chaplet is prayed before the 8:00 a.m. daily Mass, Tuesday–Friday in the chapel.

Time Commitment: 15 minutes

Purpose: To encourage and promote Eucharistic Adoration as an opportunity to spend prayerful time in the presence of Jesus. To transform our parish and our world, as Pope Benedict XVI has stated: "Let us beseech the Lord to reawaken in us the joy at His presence and that we may once more adore Him. Without adoration, there is no transformation of the world."

When and Where: The first Friday of each month from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and all other Fridays from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m, in the Chapel.

Time Commitment: You may schedule yourself to pray for as long as you like, in increments of 30 minutes, every Friday. You may also assist in this Ministry by becoming a coordinator/scheduler for a designated hour each Friday.

Talents and Gifts: A prayerful spirit, desire to seek God’s will, and a need to spend time with Jesus.
